Jean Guy On The Rocks

Moose Mountain, Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada

Jean Guy On The Rocks is a downhiller’s delight. A combination of steep trail with rock drops and man-made features will keep you engaged all the way down the trail. The first section is steep and narrow, followed by a rock drop and a manmade stunt. A third of the way down the trail the trees open up a little and the steep grade eases off. More stunts wait to test your bike handling skills and in some case your sanity. The second part of the trail joins up with SLF where you will come across a gap jump followed by a large step up and a HUGE gap jump with a limited landing area.

If you like natural features, gap jumps and step ups, this trail is for you. Almost all the features have a ride around option, aside from one at the beginning of the trail. The trail ends with some sweet berms and a couple of table tops.

This is a great trail to ride early spring and late fall as it dries out quick because of its southwestern exposure.
