Lost Lake Trail

Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada

Lost Lake is a beginner mountain bike trail located in the Snowden Demonstration Forest. It begins at the north end of Lost Lake Parking lot. From there the trail continues out and around Lost Lake, connecting with Riley Lake trail south towards Tri Mac and back along Tri Mac to the Lost Lake parking area. For those looking to experience a nice family loop of about five kilometres, this one is well worth doing.

Lost Lake trail is a wide and gentle rolling singletrack, mainly used to connect the plethora of beginner to advanced singletrack trails found in the Snowden Forest. There are a few rooty and rocky sections along this route, but overall this trail offers some easy pedalling among the lush vegetation. This is a great trail for beginners looking to get comfortable riding singletrack, while exploring the beautiful Snowden Forest. Please note that all Snowden trails are multi-use. Please give way to walkers and joggers that frequent the area.
