Campbell River, British Columbia, CanadaPumphouse Trails are located near Campbell River downtown. A short pedal will get you to the start of the trail network which offers up a number of flowy and technical singletracks. Trails in the area range from intermediate to advance and may be combined for a few fast loops. Unfortunately, most of the trails in this area are not signed making route finding a bit of a challenge. The main trail Dean Martin is the simplest trail to follow – keep left when riding west or right when riding east. It a super fun singletrack that makes its way along a ridge to the start of the Snowden Demonstration Forest riding area; connecting you directly with Lower Deliverance/Alligator Rock once you cross the Brewster Lake Road. Most local riders use the Pumphouse Trails strictly as access to the vast network of trails located in the Snowden Forest. If you’re short on time or new to the area, Pumphouse serves as a great warm up.
