Rhythm and Blues
Washington City, Utah, United States
Rhythm and Blues is a short loop located 17 kilometres from St. George mostly made up of tight and twisty dirt singletrack. This is a fun loop to ride after work or a great way to get your legs warmed up if you’re just arrived in the area to do some mountain biking.
The original loop Rhythm and Blues is 4.1 km in total, while the addition of a new trail which forms a longer loop when combined with Rhythm,
Rock n’ Roll, measures at 5.5 km. Riding either loop is like riding a roller coaster on two wheels. The trails wind, twist and turn at every corner. Short steep ups and downs make these trails tricky the first time around. I would recommend doing a few laps on either loop to find your flow. You can get these trails to flow real nice once you’ve had a chance to get a lay of the land.
