The Johnson

Invermere, British Columbia, Canada

A sweet x-country ride, with spectacular views of Toby Creek and the Rocky Mountains. Around 2 km of trail runs along the Toby Canyon offering some amazing views; please use caution when riding this section as it is super exposed. If you have an aversion to heights, please walk or avoid the section all together. Mainly an intermediate trail, it does contain two sections rated advanced. Both advanced sections do have a ride around or can be walked.

If you're looking for a longer ride, you can now combine The Johnson with the Kloosifier trail for a 20 km ride. Kloosifier is a new singletrack trail just east of The Johnson which may be accessed via a connector trail right from The Johnson; it is well-marked.

I love this trail, so much fun. There is also connector to Kloosifier so you can hit both trails at once and make it 2-3 hours ride.
