Elbow Trail is a wide doubletrack trail located in the West Bragg Creek Trails network and frequently used by equestrians. This popular winter cross country ski trail serves as a connector between all the new multiuse singletrack trails during the summer. You will want to avoid riding this trail in early spring and after heavy rains which cause the trail to be less than desirable to mountain biking. Mud bogs and ruts make this trail a challenging one to navigate after a downpour.

Elbow Trail may be combined with Boundary Ridge or Snagmore, great singletrack trails worth checking out, for a quick loop depending on where you chose to park; West Bragg Creek or Allen Bill Pond carparks. The trail pops in and out of the dense forest, while running parallel to Iron Creek for most of its length. To access Elbow Trail, follow Sundog Loop out from West Bragg Creek or access it directly via Allen Bill Pond day use area.
