Mark My Word is a rolling technical cross country route that leads to significant rock rolls and drops. Most are straightforward, but there are a couple that are off-camber, requiring a bit of a diagonal stab at the bottom as the trail happens to change direction. A steep wooden ramp takes you off of a rock ledge to more short steep drops, followed by a log ride. Mark My Word finishes on Border Patrol and borrows its north section as an exit to Mashiter trail.

Mark My Word begins off of the second switchback up a short steep climb on Entrails, right after the log roll on Entrails crossing the pond. The route quickly drops down onto a section of trail that can be a little overgrown during the spring and summer. This is followed by a quick climb to where the trail opens up and begins down the tricky technical rock lines. There are a myriad of fun and challenging slab and rock moves to complete, along with several challenging wooden ladders and skinnies all taking the rider out to Border Patrol. The final section rolls and drops down a battered log, before connecting with the latter. Once on Border Patrol continue left out to Mashiter trail.
