Community shows their support for new Pemberton Valley MTB Trail Guide
For those that missed it, last night Tourism Pemberton presented Peter Oprsal’s Pemberton Valley Mountain Bike Trail Guide book launch party. The event was hosted by the Pemberton Valley Lodge, who graciously provided all the refreshments, beer and wine for the evening. A HUGE thank you goes out to them for making this event possible. The next time you’re out riding in Pemberton and need a comfortable, peaceful and modern hotel to stay, please consider the Pemberton Valley Lodge.
The evening was well attended with over 50 community members from all walks of life stopping by to purchase the new book and to chat with the author, Peter Oprsal. Riders, trail builders, retirees, business owners and Tourism Pemberton board members, were all in attendance to support the new book and pick-up a copy of their own. $100 was raised for the Pemberton Valley Trail Association (PVTA) from sales of the book, which will be used by the PVTA for trail building and maintaining work on the local trail networks.
