Quaite Valley Connector is a fun intermediate singletrack trail which connects Heart Creek Day Use Area with the Quaite Valley trail. Also referred to as the Quaite Creek Trail, the Quaite Connector is a short and fast trail, with a few roots and rocks thrown in for good measure. No real ups or downs are found on this trail as it follows the contour line across to Quaite Valley.

Ride this trail as a quick out and back, or to connect with Quaite Valley. One can also use this as an extension to the Bow Corridor Link Trail, running from Dead Man’s Flats, to create a superb cross country singletrack ride; out- and- back. When riding out on the trail from Heart Creek, keep left at the junctions, crossing the bridge and thereafter. If you start descending down to the highway, you may have taken a few too many lefts. Backtrack and continue westward along the trail.
