Redhead is a short technical option located beside Redtop, found in the Red Mountain Trails network. This flowy downhill trail has small steeps, rock sections and a few Technical Trail Features (TTFs). It is the only trail in the area meant to be ridden in one direction only, down (south to north).

Redhead is accessed by descending Redtop 300 m from the Redtop/Miners junction. It may be ridden as a part of two loop options. One option being the popular Redhead Loop. The other, a smaller loop which incorporates a very short section of Redtop. To ride the smaller loop, begin at the base of Red Mountain and ride up Redtop to the junction for Redhead. At the junction begin your descent back down along Redhead. The short loop pops out onto the Red Mountain Road. This is an extremely short, but very fun loop taking about 20 minutes to complete.
