Waco Connector is a wide intermediate singletrack trail providing access to a plethora of trails located in the Mackenzie Area. It’s a short trail with little to no elevation gain and it may be ridden in either direction. Direct access to Waco Connector is via Happy Trail or the Mackenzie FSR. There are a couple of low lying bridge crossings put in place to get you across streams and ravines, but otherwise the trail is clear of Technical Trail Features (TTFs). The trail is mostly wooded with little to no views.

Waco Connector is one of the main arteries in the area, ridden as a part of several loops or to access a number of the trails located here. Trails which include Indy 500, Psychopath and the Nimby climb, to name a few. It is also used to access the Mosquito Lake Area by way of the 4WD road that heads east across from the Mackenzie FSR where Waco Connector begins and ends.
